About the Role
We’re looking for driven German speaker to join our team for 12 months as an Data Analyst Intern. We are a team of data analysts taking pride in delivering top-quality financial data to Empower Investors’ Success. In this role, you will work closely with the Integral Data Team and Local Business Representatives to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data across global markets, collaborating with a dynamic team and gaining expertise in data acquisition and management.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in collecting, organising, and verifying financial data to ensure timeliness, accuracy and completeness across global markets.
- Support business relationships with fund companies by helping set up acquisition channels and resolving data issues.
- Collaborate with global data teams to meet production deadlines and deliver high-quality data to clients.
- Learn and apply project management methodologies like LEAN Six Sigma to improve workflows and resolve data challenges.
- Document and translate client requests into specifications while gaining hands‑on experience with financial data processes.
Who You Are
- Multilingual Communicator:
You are fluent in English and minimum two other languages (such as Spanish, German, French, Dutch, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Thai, Japanese, or Korean), which allows you to effectively work with providers from different countries and collaborate across international markets.
- Team Player with Client Focus: You excel in collaborative environments, building strong relationships with team members from diverse backgrounds and addressing client needs with empathy and attention
- Detail‑Oriented Data Enthusiast: Passionate about the financial industry and investment data, you bring a solid understanding of data quality, methodologies, and processes. Your ability to organize, manage high data volumes, and meet deadlines sets you apart.
- Technically Skilled & Proactive: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, you leverage your organizational skills to tackle complex projects. Previous project management experience and a knack for operational and performance data make you a valuable asset to any cross‑functional team.
- Recently graduated university degree
- Proficient oral and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English and German.

Annual Base Salary: €17,094
Base Salary Compensation Range EUR 1,00-1,66
Bonus Target: We expect the compensation and target bonus for this role to fall within the stated range. The specific compensation offered will depend on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and other job-related factors.
