About Landed:

Landed is a real estate private equity scale-up based in Valencia and Amsterdam. We source, transform, and manage residential apartments, holiday rentals, and small hotels in the Valencian area, handling projects end-to-end with our own teams.

What you'll do:

- Project Planning: Develop detailed renovation plans, source materials, and coordinate specialists to ensure smooth progress.
- Execution Oversight: Read and interpret construction plans, communicate them clearly to onsite teams, and ensure quality execution.
- Project Delivery: Manage multiple construction teams, guiding them from plans to stunning finished projects.

What you are:

- Qualified architect with 1–3 years experience in architecture or similar role.
- Motivated to manage entire renovation projects from planning to execution.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
