What you'll do
- Lead the planning and execution of multiple technical projects, ensuring they align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, timelines, resources, and budget requirements.
- Coordinate with engineering, design, and product teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress and performance, implementing necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.
- Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
- Manage project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and change requests, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and implementing lessons learned in future projects.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in project management and technical execution.
- Mentor and support junior project team members, providing guidance on project management methodologies and tools.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technical or engineering environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to closure.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello,
Microsoft Project) and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
Nice to have
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
- Experience in the aerospace or technology sectors.
