What you'll do

- Lead and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, and deliverables, while identifying potential risks and mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure that all project specifications are met.
- Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and adjusting plans as necessary to address challenges.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members and external partners to promote a collaborative work environment.
- Conduct site visits to assess project status, quality of work, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Prepare and manage project budgets,



including tracking expenses and forecasting future costs to ensure financial accountability.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship and compliance with industry regulations.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that align with project goals.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for project stakeholders, including progress reports, change orders, and final project evaluations.

- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in construction technology to enhance project delivery and efficiency.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, safety standards, and building codes.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.




- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements.
