You will oversee day-to-day fund workflows, capital calls, distributions, and valuations, while ensuring precise reporting and strict controls across third-party accounting.
You will coordinate with a third-party fund administrator, manage cash movements, NAV calculations, and annual audits, and support tax work (K-1).
