What you'll do

- Lead the planning and implementation of water treatment projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with engineers and technical teams to develop project specifications and design plans that meet regulatory requirements.
- Manage project budgets, including forecasting costs and tracking expenditures to ensure financial accountability.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies, to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, assess quality, and ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
- Prepare and present project updates to senior management and clients, highlighting key milestones and addressing any potential issues.




- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project delays or budget overruns.
- Mentor and guide junior project staff, fostering a collaborative team environment and promoting professional development.
- Utilize project management software and tools to track project progress, manage documentation, and streamline communication.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically within the water treatment or environmental sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on water treatment facilities.
- Strong understanding of water treatment processes, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
