Role Description The Medical Director at New Life will oversee clinical operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality, holistic medical care to clients. Responsibilities include leading multidisciplinary teams, developing and reviewing treatment protocols, and coordinating care across specialties such as internal medicine and relevant subspecialties. The Medical Director will collaborate closely with HC Marbella , physicians and allied health professionals to integrate medical, nutritional, and lifestyle interventions into individualised care plans. Additional duties include maintaining regulatory and ethical standards, participating in case reviews, mentoring clinical staff,



and contributing to continuous quality improvement initiatives. This is a contract per client, and is paid very well, is both on-site and an off site role based in Marbella, southern Spain.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Medicine with board certification or equivalent registration and experience managing complex clinical cases. Must have NICA.
- Relevant experience or training in one or more specialties with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary care.
- Demonstrated experience working with physicians and clinical teams, fostering collaboration and clear communication.
- Proven leadership skills in a clinical or healthcare setting, including oversight of protocols, quality, and patient safety.
- Commitment to holistic, evidence-based practice, integrating lifestyle factors such as nutrition, movement, and sleep into care.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate, discreet, and professional approach to client care.
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) and eligibility to practice medicine in Marbella or willingness to obtain necessary licensure.
- Experience in recovery, rehabilitation, mental health, or lifestyle medicine is highly beneficial, as is prior work in international or culturally diverse settings.
