What you'll do

- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and potential investment opportunities in various sectors, including technology, healthcare, and sustainability.
- Analyze startup business models, financial statements, and growth strategies to assess their viability and potential for success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop investment theses and present findings to senior management and stakeholders.
- Assist in the due diligence process for potential investments, including evaluating the competitive landscape and assessing risks.
- Support the management of the investment pipeline, tracking progress and performance metrics for portfolio companies.
- Build and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, and industry experts to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in pitch meetings and demo days, providing feedback and insights to startups on their presentations and business strategies.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing research findings, investment opportunities,



and market insights for internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that may impact the startup ecosystem.
- Contribute to the development of educational content and resources for startups, including workshops, webinars, and mentorship programs.
- Engage in networking events and conferences to represent Plugandplaytechcenter and promote our mission within the startup community.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance the visibility of our investment initiatives and success stories through various channels.

Requirements

- A bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or a related analytical role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and market trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques, with experience using tools such as Excel or similar software.
- A passion for startups and innovation, with a solid understanding of the entrepreneurial landscape.




- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
