Czech-speaking Account Executive | Madrid, Spain (Hybrid)

We're hiring a Czech-speaking Account Executive to join an international sales team based in Madrid, Spain .

Location

- Madrid, Spain (Hybrid)
- Permanent Contract

Compensation

- €30,000 gross annual base salary
- Uncapped commission plan
- Monthly target commission of €600 , with performance multipliers:
- 80% target: 1.3x commission
- 100% target: 2x commission
- 150%+ target: 3x commission

- Top performers also benefit from quarterly commission accelerators , offering even higher earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Conduct product demos and client meetings.
- Build strong client relationships.




- Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Requirements

- Native/Fluent Czech and strong English .
- 1–6 years of experience in Sales, BDR, SDR, Outbound Sales, or Call Center.
- Comfortable with cold calling and KPI-driven environments.
- Currently residing in Spain.
