Experteer Overview
In this role, you oversee end-to-end operational planning and oversight of Global Medical Affairs studies, with a focus on IIS, Phase IV/non-interventional and RWE initiatives. You enable timely evidence generation by aligning global and local teams, ensuring compliance and governance. You will work across Legal, Compliance, Finance, and CROs to drive efficient study execution and reporting, shaping medical strategy and patient impact. This is a key role for cross-functional leadership in a patient-centered, innovation-driven organization.

• General IIS and medical grants management: act as the operational owner, coordinate activities across functions, manage contracts/amendments, monitor budgets and invoices, maintain master documentation, track progress and payments, ensure transparency in applicable systems, provide quarterly KPI reporting, support pharmacovigilance data needs
• Global Phase IV, RWE, and non-interventional studies: plan, execute, and oversee company-sponsored studies, manage CRO relationships, align with Brand Plans and Medical Strategy,



maintain governance and study updates for PV and disclosures
• Cross-functional governance and stakeholder engagement: participate in IIS Review Committee, coordinate follow-up actions, collaborate with Global/Local Medical Affairs, Finance, Compliance, QA, Legal, CROs and vendors
• Process optimization, SOP ownership u0026 digital innovation: review and update SOPs, maintain Medical Operations Hub, explore digital solutions (workflow automation, analytics, AI-assisted processes) to improve efficiency and data quality

Responsabilidades
• Clinical operations, medical operations, or study management experience
• Phase IV, non-interventional, or RWE studies experience
• Cross-functional coordination in a global matrix environment
• Understanding of transparency, compliance, and study lifecycle governance
• Dermatology experience is a plus
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
