As Senior Product Manager for Deel’s Equity, you own the end-to-end execution and evolution of a strategically critical product within Core Data. You will collaborate with engineering, compliance, payroll, and compensation teams to deliver a scalable global equity experience. You will drive AI-enabled automation, general compliance, and cross-border data integration, shaping how companies manage equity across worker types. This is a high-impact role at a fast-growing, globally distributed fintech platform.

• Own day-to-day execution of the Equity product across data and services
• Drive delivery of a roadmap focused on AI, automation, scalability, and global compliance
• Partner with engineering across EMEA and APAC to ship features quickly
• Collaborate with compliance, payroll, and compensation product teams for seamless integration
• Define ingestion and modeling of equity data from external systems (e.g., Carta, Shareworks, Fidelity)
• Improve workflows around key equity events (vesting, reporting, compliance)
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual processes and overhead




• Support expansion into new geographies and worker types
• Connect equity with Deel’s broader ecosystem (total compensation and rewards)
• Communicate progress, priorities, and trade-offs to stakeholders
• Operate in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment

Responsabilidades
• 5 years of Product Management experience
• Experience in fintech, payroll, compliance, or other regulated domains (highly preferred)
• Strong understanding of financial concepts or quick ramp on equity and compensation structures
• Experience cross-functionally with engineering and non-technical stakeholders
• Comfort with ambiguity and end-to-end ownership of a product area
• Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex topics
• Experience working in distributed, global teams
• Based in EMEA
