This role specifically focuses on human user onboarding and agents onboarding, directly influencing the successful growth of Elastic Cloud. /p h3What You Will Be Doing: /h3 ul liDefine the vision and roadmap for self service cloud growth, encompassing: onboarding and trial experience, product features adoption and trial activation, customer interviews and churn analysis, product engagement analytics and email nurturing. /li liPartnering with engineering leads to prioritizing technical investments and establishing realistic delivery timelines. /li liCollaborate with downstream Elastic solution teams (Observability, Security, Enterprise Search) to understand their specific onboarding flows and trial experience. /li liDrive technical decision-making regarding onboarding, activation, expansion and retention of self-service customers. /li liInterface with customers and trial users to gather feedback on trial experience. /li liCollaborate with Sales Marketing on competitive positioning and brand awareness. /li liDrive native integrations with 3rd party developers platforms. /li /ul h3What You Bring: /h3 ul li4+ years of Product Management experience with deep technical products. /li liStrong background and experience with Product Led Growth. /li liDemonstrated experience with self-service cloud services, having shipped products that provide self-service trials. /li liData-driven approach to product decisions, with experience in product adoption and analysis. /li liStrong communication skills, capable of cross function collaborations and alignment. /li liExperience with globally distributed teams and asynchronous collaboration. /li /ul h3Bonus Points: /h3 ul liDirect experience with Elasticsearch or similar search/database technologies. /li liBackground in product marketing. /li liExperience with cloud service providers marketplaces.
