Role Overview

We are seeking a Commercial Manager for our Store branch in Estepona. In this role, you will lead daily branch operations and commercial activities, ensuring excellent service quality while driving business objectives. You will play a pivotal role in advising clients, marketing financial products, and optimizing the branch’s overall performance within its local territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Commercial Strategy & Sales: Market financial products and services with a strong results-driven approach to meet individual and branch commercial objectives.
- Client Relationship Management: Offer high-quality personalized advice, anticipating current and future client needs while upholding CaixaBank’s customer relationship model.
- Branch Operations: Oversee daily operations, manage administrative workloads, and execute appropriate commercial routines to ensure high service standards.
- Market Analysis:



Conduct commercial analyses of the territorial market to proactively identify new business opportunities.
- Digital Integration: Promote and demonstrate mastery of CaixaBank’s digital services (e.g., Operativa Now, Sign, Pay) to enhance client experience.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Adhere strictly to internal regulations, risk policies (including HolaBank specific guidelines), tax norms, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum proven experience within a retail banking branch network.
- Languages: Native or fluent Spanish; knowledge of Financial English is highly valuable.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong market analysis capability, goal-oriented mindset, and proven experience in planning and management by objectives.
- Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding active listening abilities, negotiation techniques, and interpersonal social skills.
- Digital Mastery: Strong command of CaixaBank’s digital tool ecosystem (Operativa Now, Sign, Pay, etc.).
- Product Knowledge: Solid understanding of financial language, banking products/services, foreign exchange markets, and product combination strategies.
