This position will be available in bAsturias, Spain /b. /p pbThe responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following: /b /p pManage and maintain regulatory compliance data, databases, dashboards, and reporting tools supporting EMEA regulatory programs, including EU REACH. /p pSupport data collection, validation, analysis, and reporting activities to ensure accurate and reliable regulatory information. /p pDrive process improvements through automation, digitalization, AI-enabled solutions, and development of reporting and workflow tools. /p pSupport compliance programs related to Raw Materials, Drinking Water, and Food Contact Materials, including regulatory documentation and customer inquiries. /p pCoordinate Purchase Orders (POs), invoices, budget tracking, and financial reporting activities for the EMEA Product Sustainability organization. /p pDevelop and maintain monthly financial outlooks, forecasts, and management reports for EMEA REACH, Regulatory Advocacy, and other Product Sustainability programs. /p pPartner with Regulatory Compliance, Advocacy, Finance, Procurement, and Business teams to support operational excellence and strategic initiatives. /p pParticipate in projects to improve data quality, reporting capabilities, business processes, and overall organizational efficiency. /p pbKey Success Measures: /b /p pAccurate and timely management of regulatory and financial data. /p pSuccessful delivery of monthly financial outlooks.



/p pIncreased efficiency through automation and process improvements. /p pHigh-quality support for data related to regulatory programs. /p pEffective tracking and management of POs, invoices, and budgets. /p pStrong collaboration across Product Sustainability, Finance and Procurement teams. /p pReliable reporting that enables informed business and compliance decisions. /p pbThe following is required for this role: /b /p pBachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Business Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Finance, Information Systems, Law with Regulatory knowledge or a related discipline. /p p2+ years of experience in regulatory operations, data analytics, business process support, finance operations, or a related field. /p pStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /p pExperience managing large datasets and ensuring data accuracy. /p pExperience using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, and other data management tools. /p pAbility to develop reports, dashboards, and process automation solutions. /p pStrong organizational and project coordination skills. /p pExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. /p pAbility to independently prioritize multiple activities and meet deadlines. /p pStrong attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset. /p pFluency in English. /p pEligible to work in Europe. /p pbThe following is preferred for this role: /b /p pExperience supporting chemical regulatory compliance programs (EU REACH, Food Contact, Drinking Water, Packaging and Packaging Waste, etc.). /p pKnowledge of SAP, or other procurement and financial management systems. /p pExperience with Power Automate, Power Query, Power Apps, or AI-enabled productivity tools. /p pExperience preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting. /p pExperience with data visualization and business intelligence platforms. /p pKnowledge of project management methodologies and process improvement principles (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen). /p pInterest in expanding responsibilities in regulatory compliance, digitalization, and business operations.
