We are looking for someone who can confidently design great workplaces, think design is more than a job, work closely with our sales team to help develop RFPs, and effectively influence and direct our clients. Above all, your work will transform workspaces, and contribute to some of the most recognisable commecial spaces in the Office Interiors market. /p h3bResponsibilities include but not limited to: /b /h3 ul liConfidently lead on designprojects - varying in size from large to small /li liWorking in close partnership with our clients, providing support as needed. /li liCollaborate with our Head of Design and all members of the Unispace team to ensure that our methodology is delivered throughout the entire project life cycle. /li liCommunicate with clients, other designers, consultants, Preconstruction,



and Delivery teams to ensure that we deliver projects which truly embody our clients vision. /li liLead project teams in the management of all design work, including compiling technical and interior drawings, finish boards, and full documentation sets /li liCreateand deliver pitches and presentations that wow our clientsand put us on the front-foot for winning work. /li liPitch in where-ever needed as a valued member of a cross-functional team /li liImplementing design best standards/practices, processes, and technology solutions within the studio /li liIdentifying and reporting risks to the Design Principal, or HS teams where relevant /li liContinually enhancing depth and breadth of design skills, staying current with external market /li /ul h3bWhat experience you'll need /b /h3 ul liPassion for Interior Design /li liExperience managing high performing project teams, preferrable on Commercial Workplace projects /li liProficiency in the use of design tools, including Revit, InDesign, and Photoshop /li liDemonstrated willingness to develop existing skills and learn new ones in order to contribute to the team, support ourclients and grow within the business /li liExperience pitching to high profile clients, with strong written and verbal communication /li liYou will be positive and energetic while working under pressure and managing multiple deadlines /li liYou are a true collaborator, able to create strong relationships with those around you and have a desire to learn and understand how our business works /li liWe want you to have opinions and express your thoughts/experience,
