Experteer Overview
In this role you will design and build AI-powered capabilities for a pharmaceutical sector product, turning enterprise data into intelligent decision support. You will work with LLMs, RAG, knowledge graphs and cloud-native tech to deliver scalable AI solutions that help business teams make evidence-based decisions. You’ll collaborate with product owners, architects and engineers, contributing to technical excellence and knowledge sharing. Responsabilidades




• Strong software engineering experience with Python; experience in TypeScript, Node.js, FastAPI, Java or Rust is a plus
• Hands-on experience with LLM-powered apps using Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Azure AI Services, Amazon Bedrock, Gemini or Anthropic; multi-provider LLM orchestration
• Proven experience designing RAG and GraphRAG solutions; knowledge graphs, embeddings, vector search, semantic chunking, retrieval optimization
• Experience implementing agentic AI workflows using LangChain, LangFuse or Haystack; prompt orchestration, tracing, evaluation and observability
• Cloud-native architectures; Docker, Kubernetes or OpenShift; CI/CD pipelines
