ph3Job Description /h3 pA position of Temp Spain - Compliance Manager has just opened within Airbus in Madrid, Spain. You will join the Commercial Aircraft Ethics Compliance department (LMO). /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAdvising and responding to employees regarding Ethics Compliance inquiries and requests, including on conflicts of interest, gifts hospitality, and sponsorships donations. /li liCoordinating and animating the local network of Ethics Compliance Representatives. /li liContributing to the promotion of a strong Ethics Compliance / Speak Up culture, including conducting investigations and providing training and awareness. /li liSupporting the Ethics Compliance due diligence assessment of third parties. /li liSupporting communications and reporting to key local stakeholders. /li liContributing to second level controls including supporting the conduct of audits and risk assessments. /li liTravelling periodically within Spain and to the Commercial Aircraft headquarters in Toulouse, France.



/li liContributing to the wider activities related to deployment of the Commercial Aircraft EC programme needed. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liA Master degree in business law, finance, business administration or a related field (specialisation in Compliance a plus). /li liStrong relationship building and communication skills. /li liOrganised and able to work autonomously while maintaining a team player mindset. /li liProfessional experience as a lawyer or compliance manager in an international environment a plus. /li liLanguages: full professional working proficiency in English and Spanish. /li liProficient with necessary software tools (Gsuite). /li /ul h3Equal Employment Opportunity /h3 pAirbus is committed to achieving workforce diversity and creating an inclusive working environment.
