This role will be responsible for managing the organization’s funding strategy, cash management, banking relationships, and treasury operations across the group and its affiliates. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, trustworthy, and strategic finance professional with strong analytical and communication skills, capable of supporting the company’s growth while ensuring financial stability, regulatory compliance, and efficient liquidity management. The Treasury Manager will play a key role in developing funding strategies, managing liquidity, overseeing treasury technology, and leading a high-performing team. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine and implement the company’s funding and liquidity strategies. /li liDevelop procedures for cash forecasting, budgeting, investment, and treasury operations. /li liEstablish and lead cash management strategies across the organization. /li liPlan actions based on financial analysis to support business growth and financial opportunities.



/li liEnsure efficient use of corporate cash and maintain strong liquidity positions. /li liBuild and manage relationships with financial institutions and banking partners. /li liOversee bank accounts, credit lines, and trade finance operations. /li liSupport financing needs and treasury operations across the organization. /li liDrive the review and settlement of financial instruments used by the organization. /li liEnsure compliance with corporate treasury regulations and internal policies. /li liOversee treasury-related reporting and financial documentation. /li liMonitor the department’s budget against operational plans. /li liLead the implementation and use of treasury technology tools to improve productivity. /li liDrive process optimization and automation across treasury activities. /li liPartner with internal departments to support treasury initiatives and strategic financial planning. /li liCollaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Leadership teams to support business development strategies. /li liManage recruitment, retention, and development of treasury team members. /li liSupport the professional and career development of staff. /li liFoster collaboration within an international and multicultural environment. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. /li liMinimum 2+ years of managerial experience in treasury or financial management roles. /li liStrong knowledge of financial management and investment strategies. /li liSolid understanding of accounting principles,
