ph3Overview /h3pAs part of the Operations team, the Stock Assistant plays a key role in ensuring the smooth management of daily deliveries, stock organisation and inventory activities, contributing to operational excellence and to the overall CHANEL client experience. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliApply the European procedures of the Fashion Division. /liliManage product flows, including the physical receipt of merchandise, stock placement, replenishment and reorganisation. /liliEnsure accurate product labelling. /liliReplenish packaging areas and manage weekly packaging orders. /liliPrepare transfers between boutiques and related shipments, both physically and within systems. /liliParticipate in daily, monthly and annual inventories (RFID and physical counts). /liliReport stock discrepancies, issues and damaged items. /liliManage returns of merchandise to central warehouses in line with internal procedures.
