It offers the chance to be at the forefront of the transformation to cloud‑based services. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliAnalyze client business requirements and configure the Workday solution accordingly. /liliLead workshops and working sessions with large, general organizations to gather, interpret, and document requirements, especially for Core HCM. /liliDesign, prototype, test, and deliver Workday configurations, demonstrating prototypes to secure customer acceptance. /liliAssist clients throughout the testing phase of the Workday solution. /liliPrepare and provide status reports to the Engagement Manager and keep stakeholders informed of overall project progress. /liliOffer subject‑matter expertise on key business process decisions, industry nuances, and functional areas. /liliSupport Workday operations by recommending monitoring improvements, creating metrics, and enforcing data and process standards in Core HCM. /liliParticipate in the Workday Community, contributing expertise, requesting enhancements,
