ph3Role Overview /h3 pThe Mechanical Engineer is responsible for the design, development, and technical documentation of mechanical solutions supporting automated and industrial equipment. The role focuses on delivering robust, manufacturable, and cost-efficient mechanical designs aligned with project, quality, and operational requirements. /p pThe position works closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams, supporting product standardization, continuous improvement initiatives, and component localization activities to strengthen the integrated business processes within the Cardona facility. /p h3Mechanical Design Engineering /h3 ul liDevelop mechanical designs and assemblies using 3D CAD tools (Autodesk Inventor or equivalent). /li liCreate and maintain detailed CAD drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation. /li liEnsure designs meet functional, safety, quality, and manufacturability requirements. /li liSupport design reviews and engineering validation activities. /li liContribute to product standardization and modular design initiatives. /li /ul h3Process Manufacturing Support /h3 ul liSupport manufacturing and assembly teams during build and implementation phases. /li liProvide technical troubleshooting and engineering support when required. /li liEnsure engineering solutions are aligned with manufacturing capabilities, operational efficiency, and installation phases. /li /ul h3Supply Chain Component Localization /h3 ul liSupport Supply Chain in the identification and localization of key components and suppliers. /li liEnsure technical alignment between engineering requirements and supplier capabilities. /li liContribute to cost optimization initiatives through design improvements and component standardization.
