Experteer Overview
In this role you will drive client engagement for FWCs, manage budgets and financial performance, and coordinate with project teams under senior leadership. You will develop strategic engagement plans, defend proposals, and ensure contractual and reporting excellence. The role focuses on delivering high-quality work, meeting KPIs, and timely payments while building strategic client relationships. You will contribute to the agency’s vision by collaborating across service lines and NB teams to create innovative offerings and growth opportunities.

Responsabilidades
• Up to 6 years of experience in communications, preferably within EU institutions
• Master's degree in communication, political science, marketing, or related field
• Strong understanding of media relations, social media, creative concept development, event management, and production
• Experience in financial management, budget preparation, and subcontractor management
• Extensive project management experience from inception to closure and reporting
• Excellent client-facing, communication, and negotiation skills
• Commercially driven, proactive, and up-to-date with communication trends
• Collaborative team player with leadership and motivational abilities
• Proficient in English and French
