In this role you partner with senior leaders to steer the Nephrology franchise across EMEA through data-driven insights. You translate market intelligence into actionable recommendations, drive forecasting and planning, and deliver dashboards and analytics that guide strategic decisions. You collaborate across regions and functions to promote evidence-based growth and optimize commercial effectiveness. This is a purpose-led, international environment that values innovation, accountability and cross-functional impact.

Responsabilidades
• Significant experience in commercial analytics, forecasting, business insights or market research in pharma
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Ability to translate complex data into impactful business recommendations
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and work across cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of Power BI, digital analytics and forecasting methodologies
• Experience in rare diseases, nephrology or specialty care is highly desirable
