As the central solution provider for information and telecommunications systems, REWE digital plans, develops, and operates digital solutions for one of Europe's leading retail and tourism groups. /p pOur Building Management (BUM) product within the Corporate Functions (CF) domain and the Digital Office IT (DOIT) organization is responsible for digital solutions supporting building operations and building security across offices, logistics facilities, and other REWE Group locations. /p pWith a strong focus on Access Control Systems, you will become part of our Building Security Center of Excellence and work closely with business stakeholders, security experts, suppliers, and colleagues in Germany and Spain. Following an onboarding period, you will take ownership of operational support, projects, and the further development of our access control landscape. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liSupport and operate enterprise‑wide access control solutions used across REWE Group locations. /li liAct as a key contact for incidents, troubleshooting, and technical support related to building security systems. /li liAnalyze and resolve complex issues together with internal stakeholders and external vendors. /li liDrive the rollout, migration, and implementation of new access control technologies. /li liSupport the introduction of dormakaba exos as the future strategic access management platform. /li liContribute to the modernization of access control infrastructure and credential technologies. /li liCreate and maintain technical specifications, process descriptions, concepts, and documentation. /li liEvaluate new technologies, products, and vendor solutions within the building security domain. /li liCollaborate with product owners, architects, engineers, security experts, and external partners. /li liGather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. /li liSupport project planning,



testing activities, rollouts, and acceptance processes. /li liParticipate in supplier and stakeholder management activities. /li liAct as a Subject Matter Expert within the Building Security Center of Excellence and continuously expand your expertise in security technologies. /li /ul h3What You Will Bring /h3 ul liFirst and foremost, your personality: You enjoy solving technical problems, taking ownership, and working in an international team. You are eager to learn, communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders, and are passionate about physical security technologies. /li liAt least 3 years of professional experience in Access Control, Physical Security, Electronic Security Systems, or a related field. /li liExperience supporting and operating technical security systems. /li liExperience working with enterprise applications and/or security platforms. /li liAbility to analyze requirements and develop practical technical solutions. /li liExperience creating specifications, concepts, documentation, or technical designs. /li liStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills. /li liAbility to work independently after onboarding while collaborating effectively within a distributed team. /li liProfessional English language skills (required). /li liGerman language skills are a strong plus. /li liExperience with Jira and Confluence is desirable. /li liExperience working with external suppliers and stakeholders is beneficial. /li liUnderstanding of IT systems, interfaces, and system integrations is an advantage. /li liExperience with access control solutions such as dormakaba, Primion, or similar vendors is highly desirable. /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul liExperience with dormakaba exos.
