The idóneo candidate will coordinate a team of mechanics, establish repair priorities, manage spare parts and stocks, and maintain budgetary control, all while upholding high standards of quality and safety. /p /brh3WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON? /h3 /brh3Team Management: /h3 /brulliSupervise and coordinate the daily activities of a team of mechanics, including scheduling, task allocation, and performance reviews. /liliProvide hands-on guidance and training to ensure team members develop technical skills and adhere to company standards. /liliFoster a positive and collaborative work environment. /li /ul /brh3Workshop Operations: /h3 /brulliPlan, prioritize, and oversee campervan repair and maintenance tasks to minimize downtime. /liliInspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance with safety regulations. /liliAct as the primary point of contact for escalated technical issues or complex repairs. /li /ul /brh3Inventory and Spare Parts Management: /h3 /brulliMonitor stock levels of tools, spare parts,
