This role combines financial leadership with operational insight, enabling data‑driven decisions across the business. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul liLead the finance function, covering accounting, planning, performance management, governance, risk,
and compliance /li liEnsure accurate and timely financial reporting across processes including Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, and Procure-to-Pay /li liDrive financial planning, analysis, and investment evaluations to support strategic and operational decisions /li liEstablish and maintain robust internal control, risk management, tax, and compliance frameworks /li liPartner with the Managing Director and leadership team to execute business strategy and improve financial outcomes /li liLead finance transformation initiatives (e.g., system changes, process improvements, offshoring) and enhance finance capabilities /li liManage stakeholder relationships across headquarters, regional teams, joint venture partners, and external entities /li /ul h3What We Are Looking For: /h3 ul liContinuous improvement mindset: we are looking for someone who brings a thoughtful improvement mindset—curious about how work gets done and motivated to make meaningful, sustainable improvements over time. /li liLeadership expectation: We are looking for people who consistently puts customers first, leads by example with respect for people, delivers results with integrity, and drives continuous improvement by solving problems at the root, developing people, and raising standards every day. /li liMaster’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Economics, with a professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, RA, or equivalent preferred) /li liSignificant experience (15+ years) in finance leadership roles,
