In this Electronics Engineer role at PAL Robotics, you will design and implement electronic systems for advanced robotics platforms and oversee manufacturing releases. You will lead and mentor a team of Electronics Engineers while collaborating with mechanical, software, and firmware teams to integrate electronics across the stack. The position emphasizes motor control, power board design for battery-powered systems, and delivering reliable, producible electronics. You will contribute to innovative robotics solutions that impact real-world applications.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field
• Minimum 4+ years hands-on experience in motor control design for BLDC applications and power board design for battery-powered systems
• Strong background in motor control drivers, CAN and EtherCAT buses
• Experience designing multilayer boards with hands-on bring-up and debugging
• Proven EMI/EMC compliance, reliability, and manufacturability design experience
• Proven track record leading complex electronics projects from concept to production
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail
• Team-oriented in fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment
• Experienced in Altium Designer
• Hands-on PCBAs and cabling
