We are looking for a Regulatory Reporting Manager to oversee non‑financial reporting (HR, credit, fraud, etc.) while contributing to our expansion in Western Europe. You’ll ensure our regulatory reports are on time and flawlessly executed. /p h3What You’ll Be Doing /h3 ul liMaintain and update non‑financial regulatory reports and key information for France (e.g., labour inspection, over‑indebtedness committee, Egapro) /li liPrepare the same for future EU markets as part of our migration scoping /li liEnsure key stakeholders have the proper production tools, processes, and roadmap to meet regulator expectations /li liCoordinate setup, changes,
or remediations to listed regulatory reports /li liSubmit regulatory reports in coordination with the regulator /li /ul h3What You’ll Need /h3 ul li2+ years of experience in a regulatory reporting or audit role within a bank or regulated financial services firm /li liExperience as a consultant or auditor focused on regulatory reporting in a Big 4 or similar environment /li liA proven track record coordinating regulatory reports for financial institutions /li liThe ability to interpret and apply complex regulatory requirements /li liExpertise in developing and improving frameworks to compile new and existing reports /li liThe ability to work independently and manage workload proactively /li liExcellent interpersonal skills and motivation to thrive in a diverse, international team environment /li liExceptional organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liProficiency in regulatory reporting standard software (Axiom) /li liExpertise in regulatory policy /li liInvolvement in software and IT platform change initiatives /li /ul pWe encourage applications from people with diverse backgrounds and experiences to join this multicultural, hard‑working team. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
