ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesigns, develops, troubleshoots and debugs software programs for software enhancements and new products. /li liDevelops software including operating systems, compilers, routers, networks, utilities, databases and Internet-related tools. /li liFocuses on orchestration, end-to-end automation, Assurance Fault Management, Performance Management, RAN and 5G Automation, and cloud-native solutions with AI applications for optimization. /li liDefines and enforces software design guidelines and standards for the RD organization. /li liProvides both technical and functional leadership within RD teams: assigns tasks, facilitates technical decision-making, coordinates priorities, and ensures coherence between technical initiatives and operational business needs. /li liDrives innovation and integration of emerging technologies (including cloud-native solutions, applied AI for operations, and MCP servers) within RD projects. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent. /li liTypically 6-10 years experience. /li liExtensive experience with multiple software design tools and programming languages relevant to telco platforms and RD environments. /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills; proven ability to design scalable, cloud-native software solutions. /li liExperience in overall software architecture for telco products and solutions,
