Responsible for the Pega Platform within the Workflow Automation team, defining enterprise class structure, technical governance, and ensuring scalable, reusable automation solutions. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliLead technical reviews for high‑complexity initiatives and ensure adherence to development guardrails. /liliSolve complex technical challenges, conduct feasibility studies and performance impact assessments for enterprise‑wide integrations. /liliAct as the ultimate technical mentor for Senior System Architects and System Architects, fostering continuous learning. /liliPartner closely with the Product Owner to influence the DPA roadmap from a technical feasibility and sustainability perspective. /liliOversee system health, security compliance, and performance tuning using diagnostic tools. /liliDrive the implementation of modern DevOps, CI/CD, and automated testing strategies for the platform. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliAt least 8–12 years of software engineering experience, with 5–7 years dedicated to Pega platform architecture.
