ph3Role Purpose /h3 pThe Digital Project Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of complex digital and technology initiatives within the Commerce domain. The role ensures successful execution of projects aligned with business strategy, delivering measurable value across digital ecosystem, sales enablement and commercial platforms. /p pThis position acts as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring alignment, governance, and value realization while driving execution excellence in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment. /p pIn addition, the role plays a critical part in ensuring that local initiatives are fully aligned with regional strategic priorities and global DT standards, contributing to a coherent, scalable, and future‑fit Commerce technology ecosystem. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Project Delivery Execution /h3 ul liLead the full lifecycle of technology projects, from initiation to deployment and hypercare /li liManage scope, timelines, budget, risks, and dependencies across complex initiatives /li liEnsure on-time, on-quality, and on-budget delivery of projects /li liDrive structured planning, execution, and reporting frameworks /li /ul h3Stakeholder Management Alignment /h3 ul liAct as the primary point of contact for business and technology stakeholders /li liDrive alignment across Commerce, DT, Finance, Procurement, Security, and external partners /li liLead executive-level communications, steering committees, and governance forums /li liManage expectations and resolve conflicts in complex stakeholder environments /li /ul h3Strategic Alignment Global Integration /h3 ul liEnsure all initiatives are aligned with regional Commerce priorities and global DT strategy, architecture, and standards /li liTranslate integral frameworks, roadmaps, and architectural guidelines into actionable local project plans /li liContribute to the evolution of the Commerce technology roadmap by providing structured feedback from local initiatives /li liEnsure consistency, scalability, and reuse across solutions, avoiding fragmentation and duplication /li liActively participate in regional and global governance forums, ensuring alignment, visibility, and compliance /li liEnsure adherence to DT standards, governance frameworks, and compliance requirements /li liIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively /li liGuarantee proper validation across architecture, security, legal, and data domains before execution /li liOwn project financials, including budget planning, forecasting,



and cost control /li liDefine and track business cases, ROI, and value realization metrics /li liEnsure efficient allocation of resources across project activities /li liLead cross-functional project teams, including internal resources and external vendors /li liFoster a high-performance culture focused on ownership, accountability, and delivery excellence /li liMentor junior project managers and contribute to capability building within the organization /li liPromote agile methodologies and modern ways of working /li liDrive continuous improvement in delivery practices, tools, and processes /li liContribute to the evolution of the Commerce technology ecosystem and roadmap /li /ul h3Required Experience /h3 ul li5–7 years of experience in project/program management within technology-driven environments /li liProven track record delivering complex digital or IT initiatives in FMCG, retail, or B2B/B2C commercial ecosystems /li liStrong experience in Commerce-related domains, including Route to Market, Sales Execution, Trade Promotion Management, Customer Engagement, or eB2B platforms /li liDeep understanding of FMCG operating models, including multi-channel distribution, distributor/wholesaler networks, and field sales dynamics /li liExperience working in highly matrixed organizations, collaborating across local OpCos, regional, and global teams /li liDemonstrated exposure to large-scale digital transformation programs within FMCG (e.g., commercial platforms, CRM/SFA deployments, data-driven sales capabilities) /li liProven ability to translate commercial business needs into scalable technology solutions with measurable business impact (revenue growth, productivity, or cost efficiency) /li liExperience managing third-party vendors and system integrators in FMCG environments /liliProven experience operating within global or regional operating models, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategies, governance frameworks, and architectural standards /li /ul h3Core Skills /h3 ul liAdvanced project management (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) /li liStrong financial management (budgeting, forecasting, cost control)
