Our client is a well-established general industrial company with decades of experience and a strong international presence. They are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join their collaborative team in Sant Cugat del Vallès (Barcelona).

This is a stable, long-term position where you'll work closely with Sales, Engineering, and other international departments, becoming a key contact for B2B customers across the Hungarian and German markets. Manage and support a portfolio of B2B customers, ensuring an outstanding customer experience
Coordinate closely with Sales, Engineering, and Field Service teams to provide tailored customer solutions
Manage complaints and maintain accurate documentation through CRM and SAP systems
Support commercial campaigns and sales initiatives
Build and maintain long-term relationships with business customers while delivering high-quality service

C2-level Hungarian (mandatory)
German C1 or higher (mandatory)
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Customer Service
Experience in a B2B environment is highly valued
Completed commercial or technical education




Good MS Office skills
Experience with SAP, CRM, PLM, or similar systems
Already based in Spain (ideally Barcelona or the surrounding area) and able to work from the office in Sant Cugat under a hybrid model
