ph3Company Overview /h3 pteam.blue is an ecosystem of 60+ successful brands working together across 22 European countries to provide its 3.3 million SMB customers with everything they need to succeed online by offering best‑in‑class expertise and services. /p h3Job Overview /h3 pWorking closely with the Head of Finance System and Transformation, the Finance Systems Operation Manager is responsible for operational stability and delivery of Finance and Procurement systems, with a strong focus on billing, payroll, and procurement (Coupa) integrations, data migration, and BAU service management. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liManagement of day‑to‑day operational stability of Finance and Procurement systems /li liSupport to billing, payroll, and Coupa integrations into NetSuite /li liData migration execution, reconciliation, and automation /li liOperate a structured BAU Service Management model (intake, Jira, prioritization) /li liAct as escalation point for critical incidents and data failures /li liEnsure audit readiness, controls, and operational documentation /li liManage key stakeholders across Finance, HR, Procurement, IT, and Audit /li liProvide operational KPIs and reporting to leadership /li /ul h3Tasks /h3 ul liIntegration monitoring, incident triage, and root cause analysis (RCA) /li liData migration planning, execution, reconciliation, and automation /li liBAU backlog intake, prioritization, and release coordination /li liIdentification and delivery of automation opportunities across BAU processes (e.g. incident handling, reconciliations, data validations) /li liApplication of AI‑driven capabilities to improve data quality checks, anomaly detection, integration error classification and prioritization, trend analysis,
and continuous optimization of BAU processes to reduce manual effort and operational risk /li liDefinition and tracking of efficiency KPIs (automation rate, reduction in incidents, cycle time improvements) /li liCoordination with transformation and architecture teams to industrialize automation and AI solutions /li /ul h3Qualifications Experience /h3 ul liProven experience in large global transformation programmes for finance, or operations roles with in‑depth knowledge of all accounting processes and how they are translated into ERP systems /li liSound understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GAAP, IFRS, SOX) in multiple jurisdictions /li liIn‑depth knowledge of implementing and optimizing Oracle’s NetSuite OneWorld solution or another large ERP solution for complex brown‑field general companies – with appropriate qualifications and experiences /li liProven experience in tackling complex accounting scenarios and working with the Business community to create acceptable solutions /li /ul ul liAbility to work with cross‑functional Business teams to optimize both discrete and end‑to‑end operations in Oracle NetSuite OneWorld implementations for maximum operational performance /li liBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, CIMA/ACCA (or equivalent) /li liAnalytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and problem‑solving /li liExcellent communication, presentation, and project management skills /li /ul h3Additional Requirements /h3 ul liAbility to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities /li liStrong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail /li liWillingness to travel occasionally for meetings, training, or conferences /li /ul h3Right to Work /h3 pAt any stage, please be prepared to provide proof of eligibility to work in the country you’re applying for.
