/p pYou will be responsible for aligning technical capabilities with business priorities, ensuring scalability, security, and operational excellence across our cloud-native ecosystem. /p pYour main responsibilities: /p ul liDefine and prioritize the DevOps roadmap, identifying business needs, technical requirements, and platform gaps. /li liCollaborate with Engineering, Platform, and Security teams to ensure alignment and seamless integration. /li liTranslate stakeholder needs into user stories and acceptance criteria. /li liDrive CI/CD best practices and cloud-native architecture evolution. /li liEnsure platform scalability, reliability, and security. /li liCommunicate roadmap progress, priorities, and changes to stakeholders with clarity and transparency. /li liAnalyze complex technical challenges and make decisions balancing business impact and technical feasibility. /li /ul h3WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR /h3 ul li2+ years in Product Management (DevOps, Platform, or Engineering products). /li li3+ years in a technical role (Software Engineering, DevOps, Technical PM). /li liExperience working in cloud-native environments. /li liStrong exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks. /li liExperience working in cross-functional and international teams. /li /ul h3Technical expertise /h3 ul liStrong knowledge of AWS services (ECR, S3, EKS, etc.). /li liSolid understanding of CI/CD practices and tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, IaC, packaging, QA, vulnerability management). /li liFamiliarity with cloud-native architecture (microservices,
