Successfully design, implement, and certify ALL Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (PRL) protocols, evacuation plans, and safety signage across the Madrid network prior to operational go‑live. /liliCulture of Prevention: Build and execute comprehensive safety onboarding and continuous training programs for all incoming managers, supervisors, and high‑volume warehouse operators. /liliIncident Risk Architecture: Design robust, real‑time emergency response mechanisms, cargo asset protection workflows, and incident reporting channels that align local regulatory requirements with corporate headquarters. /li /ulh3Position Requirements /h3ulliGreenfield Launch Expertise: Verifiable experience managing or supporting health, safety, and risk compliance for a high‑volume warehouse, fulfillment center, or industrial site launch. /liliRegulatory Qualifications: Must possess the official Spanish Técnico Superior en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (PRL) certification with all three specialties (Work Safety, Industrial Hygiene, and Ergonomics/Psychosocio‑logía). /liliLanguage Proficiency: Professional fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory for technical local compliance and direct international corporate reporting.
