ppbJob Purpose /b /p pThis role within the non-trade Procurement organization supports the delivery of procurement savings projects across areas of spend such as IT, Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing, and Logistics. The role works with senior stakeholders in these organizations to develop annual sourcing plans, conduct strategic sourcing events, set up ongoing supplier management programs, and deliver hard dollar savings that impact the department’s PL. The role also directs and coaches Analysts on the team, requiring complex stakeholder and supplier relationship management and expertise in relevant sourcing strategies. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop annual sourcing/category plans with key business stakeholders. /li liConduct negotiations with suppliers in assigned categories of spend to deliver PL savings of $3MM-$5MM. /li liWork with stakeholders to create and manage RFP projects to select strategic suppliers. /li liPrepare Statements of Work and negotiate contracts. /li liRepresent TD SYNNEX in quarterly business reviews with suppliers and manage ongoing supplier relationships. /li /ul h3Knowledge, Skills and Experience /h3 ul li5 to 8 years of relevant work experience. /li liExperience in IT, Finance, Logistics, or Marketing categories. /li liExperience working with all levels of management. /li liBachelor’s degree in a scientific or quantitative field such as Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or a related discipline. /li liMaster’s/Post Graduate degree is preferred. /li liDemonstrated complex problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making. /li liStrong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills. /li liAbility to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships. /li liAdvanced problem‑solving, critical thinking, and decision‑making skills. /li liStrong organizational, time‑management,
