pp¡We are looking for a highly experienced Senior RF Antenna Systems Lead to join a multidisciplinary engineering team working on advanced radar and space systems. This role will lead the design, development, validation, and industrialization of phased array (AESA) antennas, contributing to cutting‑edge programs in defense and satellite technologies. /p h3What are we looking for? /h3 ul liAvailability to join a stable project in Madrid. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics, or a related field. /li liSolid experience in RF antenna design and development, including phased array systems. /li liStrong knowledge of electromagnetic simulation and RF design tools such as CST, HFSS, and ADS. /li liExpertise in passive integration and RF technologies such as PCB design, waveguides, LTCC, thin‑film, radomes, FSS, and feeding networks. /li liStrong background in radar, communication systems, or integrated antenna platforms. Experience working under structured development and verification frameworks (e.g., ECSS or similar). /li liProfessional level of English, with the ability to work in international and multidisciplinary teams. /li /ul h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead end-to-end development of phased array antenna systems (from requirements to production). /li liDrive design of AESA radar antennas across different frequency bands (X, S, etc.). /li liDefine system architecture and ensure integration with radar and communication systems. /li liCoordinate with cross‑functional teams:
