This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week. /p h3Role Overview And Core Responsibilities /h3 pDefine and own product vision, roadmap, priorities, and investment decisions aligned with business goals and market needs. /p pEngage directly with clients to capture Voice of Customer (VoC), analyze market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes, and translate insights into differentiated product capabilities. /p pWork with engineering and data teams to define epics, features, and requirements, applying design thinking and user‑centric principles to deliver scalable, high‑quality products. /p pBalance short‑term delivery priorities with long‑term product and platform evolution. /p pDefine pricing, positioning, and go‑to‑market strategy, while enabling sales and customer teams through training, messaging, and supporting materials. /p pTrack product performance and drive continuous improvement, optimizing solutions for client outcomes, operational efficiency, and profitability.
