Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead the administration and ongoing improvement of Deel’s systems, tools, and processes that power the operations teams. You will own and shape the strategy to boost efficiency and effectiveness across the organization, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions. The role focuses on automation, risk and compliance, and customer-focused process improvements at a global scale. This is an opportunity to impact how Deel operates as it expands in multiple markets and products.

• Manage day-to-day operational workflows and identify efficiency gains
• Support automation efforts to reduce manual work and speed up processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline tools for internal and customer use
• Ensure compliance, controls, and risk management are embedded in operations
• Contribute to fraud prevention and regulatory alignment through high operational standards
• Monitor performance metrics and escalate gaps to leadership
• Drive process improvements to shorten turnaround times and improve escalation handling
• Expand self-service options to reduce manual support




• Implement feedback loops to inform continuous improvement
• Coordinate readiness for new product or market launches with stakeholders
• Assist go-to-market initiatives by removing bottlenecks and enabling smooth adoption
• Track and report operational outcomes with insights and recommendations
• Execute strategic operations projects with senior leaders

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in operations, preferably in fast-paced environments (Tech/FinTech start-up experience a plus)
• Strong problem-solving skills and detail orientation with a solutions mindset
• KPI-driven with experience in performance tracking and improvement
• Exposure to process automation and operational tooling
• Background in FinTech, consulting, banking, or fast-paced start-ups preferred
• Strong analytical skills with ability to turn data into actionable insights (SQL familiarity a plus)
• Collaborative team player with high energy and bias for action
