We are looking for a highly skilled Station Fleet Manager to oversee both the strategic and day-to-day management of our fleet, ensuring efficient operations, timely maintenance, and excellent service delivery for our customers. As the Station Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for long-term planning and daily oversight of fleet operations, including the garage and outsourced teams. Your goal is to ensure cost‑effective operations while maintaining the highest standards of service and achieving station business development targets. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 h31. Human Management: /h3 ul liLead and develop fleet staff, including hikers and maintenance agents, to meet performance goals aligned with station targets and company values. /li liTrain staff to deliver excellent customer service while ensuring adherence to company procedures and service level agreements. /li liConduct and log safety meetings with fleet staff to ensure compliance with safety protocols. /li /ul h32. Daily Fleet Operations: /h3 ul liOversee the timely repair and servicing of vehicles according to company and manufacturer guidelines. /li liReview reservations, returns, and fleet status daily to maintain operational efficiency.



/li liManage the damage assessment process, ensuring proper documentation and approvals are in place. /li liContinuously seek process improvements to optimize vehicle servicing, in-fleet preparation, and disposal. /li liProvide monthly reports on mechanic productivity, attendance, and inventory usage for consumables, tires, and parts. /li /ul h33. Internal and External Relations: /h3 ul liCommunicate and coordinate with external personnel, including Return, Service, and Ready Line agents, to maintain smooth operational flow. /li liMaintain strong relationships with local OEM dealerships, service providers, and external vendors. /li liCollaborate with the General Manager, Operations Managers, and other team members to provide updates on fleet status and operational insights. /li liManage collision repairs by liaising with vendors, monitoring repair timelines, and ensuring timely updates from repair shops. /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For: /h3 ul liProven experience in fleet management or a similar leadership role. /li liStrong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team. /li liExcellent organizational and communication skills, with a focus on operational efficiency and customer service. /li liAttention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving, particularly in managing vehicle repairs and inventory. /li /ul h3Why Join Us? /h3 ul liLead a dedicated team and optimize fleet operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. /li liPlay a key role in driving the success of our station’s fleet management and service delivery.
