About the Opportunity

We're working with a growing, privately-held clinical trial supply chain and pharmaceutical procurement business that partners with pharmaceutical sponsors, biotechs, and CROs globally. As part of their continued growth strategy, they're hiring a Director of Comparator Sourcing Sales to lead new business development and expand their footprint across the US and EU.

This is a high-ownership, hands-on hunting role - you'll be building the comparator sourcing pipeline directly, running the full sales cycle end-to-end, and working closely with operations, contracts, and project management to turn relationships into revenue.

What You'll Do

- Identify, prospect, and secure new comparator sourcing and clinical trial supply opportunities
- Build and grow relationships with clinical supply, procurement, sourcing, and operations leaders across pharma, biotech, and CRO organisations
- Own the entire sales cycle from lead generation through to contract execution
- Present comparator sourcing solutions and supply chain strategies to prospective clients
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure strong client outcomes




- Represent the business at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM reporting

What You'll Bring

- An active, existing network of relationships with clinical supply, procurement, sourcing, and operations leaders within pharma, biotech, and CRO organisations
- Direct, hands-on experience in comparator sourcing sales specifically - this isn't transferable from adjacent industries
- A proven track record of converting relationships into qualified opportunities and closed revenue
- Comfort operating in a pure hunting capacity - prospecting and building pipeline largely from scratch
- Strong contract negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience thriving in a smaller, agile organisation rather than relying on brand recognition to open doors

Compensation & Package

- Strong base salary + uncapped commission
