You’ll shape architecture, lead through influence, and partner with Product to align technical work with business impact. You’ll tackle performance, reliability, and data-layer trade-offs at scale. Responsabilidades
• Deep Database Expertise (SQL) and data-layer performance reasoning
• Distributed Systems and System Design knowledge (queues, async processing, microservices)
• Backend fundamentals: APIs, services, architecture, OOP
• Strong ability to lead through influence and drive alignment across engineers and stakeholders
• Language-agnostic with potential to transfer to Node.js/TypeScript
• Experience designing end-to-end systems beyond isolated services
• Pragmatic, business-aligned decision making (80/20 mindset)
• Ability to delegate and scale impact through others
