In this role you act as the primary liaison for project matters, ensuring client satisfaction and quality delivery by PrimeVigilance. You will define project scope from signed agreements and drive planning with clear deadlines and milestones. You’ll provide transparent reporting to clients and management, forming the basis for invoicing and performance reviews. This role sits at the intersection of client services and project execution, enabling impactful, on-time results.

• Prepare project scope and objectives based on signed client agreements
• Plan project activities including deadlines and interim milestones
• Prepare monthly client and management reports that inform invoicing and performance tracking
