The role bridges standards and delivery by aligning teams, guiding correct usage, enabling roadmaps, and evolving building blocks where justified by real-world needs. /p h3Your Impact as Cloud Solution Architect: /h3 h3What are you going to do /h3 h3Key responsibilities include: /h3 ul liApply existing domain and API building blocks (DDD, REST, EDA, MCP) and ensure solutions align to defined bounded contexts and published contracts. /li liDetermine API fit-for-purpose by selecting appropriate existing APIs; identify, articulate, and accelerate gaps where required capabilities or standards are missing. /li liGuide and evolve security architecture, with equal focus on: /li /ul pAuthentication (AuthN): correct application and extension of documented identity and token flows (OIDC/OAuth2, client types, audiences, token lifetimes, trust models). /p pAuthorization (AuthZ): applying and extending the ReBAC model when solution needs exceed current capabilities, in alignment with security governance. /p pSecure connectivity patterns including mTLS and certificate-based trust where required. /p ul liArchitect missing building blocks for emerging technologies (e.g. introducing MCP as a standard capability pattern), ensuring they are reusable, governed, and secure by design. /li liAlign across teams and domains (Design, Platform, Delivery): /li /ul pTranslate architectural gaps and cross-team dependencies into clear enablers. /p pEnsure these enablers are prioritized and placed on the appropriate team roadmaps.
