brWe're looking for a driven and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team and oversee operations of our first store in Barcelona. Leading, managing, and developing the store team to achieve targets and service excellence
brOverseeing day-to-day store operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and high standards
brDriving commercial performance through KPI monitoring, analysis, and action planning
brOwning the store’s profit and loss, delivering against targets, and maintaining positive financial performance
brPlanning and executing in-store events, promotions, and customer activations
brManaging stock levels, merchandising standards, and store presentation
brRecruiting, training, and scheduling team members in line with business needs




brPreparing reports and presenting performance updates to executive-level stakeholders
brExperience in a retail management or senior supervisory role
brExcellent communication skills, including experience reporting to senior leadership
brImpressive analytical skills to interpret data and drive performance improvements
brCommercial awareness and a proven track record of delivering sales results
brFlexibility to work retail hours, including weekends
brFluency in English and Catalan
brExperience in fast-paced retail environments, such as fashion, lifestyle, or premium brands
brFamiliarity with organising and delivering in-store events or activations.
brVisual merchandising skills and an understanding of customer journey optimisation
brExperience working with performance dashboards or retail analytics tools
