Experteer Overview
In this role you will help design and grow Nexthink’s data infrastructure, ensuring reliable, scalable ingestion, storage, and serving of events across regions. You will collaborate with Architecture, Product Engineering and Security to implement cloud-native solutions and self-service tooling. You’ll drive disaster recovery, observability, and incident response, shaping the platform that underpins customer-facing products. This is a hands-on role at scale, with opportunities to impact reliability, performance and future product capabilities.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Design and improve data infrastructure in collaboration with Architecture, Product Engineering and Security teams
• Build tooling and automation to provision and scale the data stack, emphasizing resilience and self-service (Crossplane)
• Integrate and operate new data stores (search, vector, in-memory) to established standards
• Engage with product teams to understand needs and translate them into platform improvements




• Plan disaster recovery and cross-region replication with defined RPO/RTO targets
• Maintain availability, performance, and observability (Datadog) to detect issues early
• Handle incidents end-to-end including post-mortems, and participate in on-call rotation

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in Software, DevOps, Platform, or Site Reliability Engineering
• Computer Science degree or equivalent experience
• Hands-on AWS across multiple regions
• Infrastructure as code (Terraform or OpenTofu) and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitOps/Flux)
• Kubernetes and Amazon EKS on Linux with Docker containers
• Proficiency in Go and/or Python
• Clear communication and multi-tasking in English
