Core Accounting Month-End Closing /h3 ul libTransaction Management: /b Record, summarize, and manage all daily financial and accounting transactions. /li libLedger Maintenance: /b Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date financial records. /li libPeriod Closings: /b Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual closings efficiently. /li libAccruals: /b Track and create accruals for invoices not received in due time. /li libTax Operations: /b Prepare and send accounting records to the external tax consultancy firm for tax return preparation. /li /ul h32. Accounts Receivable (AR) Invoicing /h3 ul libClient Billing: /b Issue invoices for clients in strict accordance with Spanish Accounting Standards. /li libCash Monitoring: /b Prepare sales reports detailing amounts cashed in at the client level. /li libCredit Control: /b Send payment notifications to clients, conduct follow-ups, and resolve billing clarifications.

Accounts Payable (AP) Cash Management /h3 ul libSupplier Management: /b Assist with accounts payable processes and prepare confirmation/reconciliation reports with suppliers. /li libPayment Proposals: /b Prepare payment proposals and report real-time bank account balances to the Chief Accountant. /li /ul h34. Financial Reporting, Analysis Group Reconciliations /h3 ul libFinancial Statements: /b Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual statements (Balance Sheets, Income Statements, Cash Flow). /li libGroup Reconciliations: /b Perform Group-level reconciliations for interest, loans, and other intercompany transactions. /li libFPA Support: /b Help create financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support management decision-making. /li libData Analysis: /b Analyze financial data to identify trends, cost-reduction opportunities, and potential risks. /li libStakeholder Support: /b Assist the Chief Accountant and CFO with ad-hoc reporting requests from local management or the Group. /li /ul h35. Compliance, Audit Stakeholder Relations /h3 ul libExternal Reporting: /b Prepare monitoring reports required by banks and the external management company. /li libAudit Readiness: /b Assist in annual financial audit preparations and provide required documentation to external auditors. /li libRisk Controls: /b Identify, investigate, and report any financial discrepancies or irregularities. /li libRegulatory Alignment:
/b Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, local/federal legislation, and financial policies. /li libCommunication: /b Serve as a clear point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on financial matters. /li /ul h36. Operational Systems Support /h3 ul libCross-Department Collaboration: /b Partner with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial workflows. /li libSystems Maintenance: /b Assist in maintaining and optimizing financial software and systems for maximum efficiency. /li /ul h3Requirements Qualifications /h3 ul libEducation: /b Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. /li libExperience: /b at least 8 years of experience in an accounting or finance role. /li libRegulatory Knowledge: /b Solid understanding of Spanish accounting principles /li libSkills: /b Proficient in Excel and ERP/accounting software.
