This role is responsible for coordinating daily operational activities, supporting field teams, monitoring performance, ensuring compliance with operational procedures, and maintaining a strong focus on safety and service excellence. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide guidance and support to field staff to ensure high standards of operational performance, customer service, and safety. /li liManage operator check‑in processes, including schedule readiness, completion of daily checklists, and daily task assignments. /li liMonitor operational performance and coordinate schedule adjustments to support service efficiency. /li liEnsure adherence to established procedures, operational guidelines, and safety requirements. /li liIdentify and address safety concerns, escalating issues and implementing corrective actions as appropriate.
