You will help turn classrooms into spaces where ideas become real products, not just presentations. /pp You will shape the culture of the school, support student pathways to graduation, and ensure every part of the experience reflects curiosity, belonging, and real-world impact. /pb Core Responsibilities /bulli Lead and coach teachers to implement the design-thinking process in all learning experiences. /lili Ensure all student projects result in real impact products, not only presentations or awareness campaigns. /lili Oversee academic counseling and design personalized graduation plans aligned with requirements. /lili Manage dual enrollment with Arizona State University and ensure accurate academic records. /lili Implement and monitor SEL to develop the six core skills. /lili Observe, evaluate, and coach facilitators to improve learning outcomes.



/lili Develop partnerships with external organizations to provide real-world, credit-bearing experiences. /lili Lead student behavior support, including interventions, plans, and parent communication. /lili Supervise the academic team, including facilitators, operations, and support staff. /lili Oversee admissions alignment with academic goals in collaboration with the operations team. /lili Ensure execution of the school calendar, events, and student programs. /lili Manage MAP, ACT, and SAT testing, including scheduling, training, and data analysis. /lili Participate in student leadership structures, including the Student Board. /lili Lead parent communication and community engagement. /li /ulb Requirements /bulli Proven experience in school leadership roles such as Assistant Principal, Principal, or Academic Director. /lili Strong background in instructional coaching and developing educators. /lili Solid understanding of the American education system, including graduation requirements, transcripts, and college pathways. /lili Degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field. /lili Relevant certifications or credentials in education or school leadership. /lili Experience working with curriculum design, student assessment, and academic planning. /lili Ability to lead teams and drive student outcomes. xsgfvud /lili Strong communication skills with students, families, and staff. /li /ul
