This role will be responsible for maintaining adherence to accounting, tax, and internal control regulations while partnering with key stakeholders to support sound financial management and business performance. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul lipManage and coordinate daily accounting activities. /p /li lipOversee monthly closing processes. /p /li lipEnsure the accurate recording of transactions and provisions. /p /li lipReview and approve balance sheet account reconciliations. /p /li lipEnsure compliance with corporate accounting policies and applicable standards (IFRS, US GAAP, or local regulations). /p /li lipCoordinate internal and external audits. /p /li lipLead, develop, and evaluate the accounting team. /p /li lipImplement improvements in processes, internal controls, and automation. /p /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul lipBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. /p /li lip3–5 years of experience in accounting, including previous experience leading teams. /p /li lipStrong knowledge of accounting and tax regulations. /p /li lipExperience with ERP systems (JDEdwards.). /p /li lipAdvanced proficiency in Excel. /p /li lipAdvanced level of English (in multinational environments). /p /li /ul h3Key Competencies /h3 ul lipLeadership and team management. /p /li lipAttention to detail and accuracy.
